Expanding Mental Health Access for Children & Adolescents

VMAP Mental Health Provider Database

One of the aims of the Virginia Mental Health Access Program is to provide Care Navigation services. Care Navigation assists families, providers, and medical professionals in navigating the mental health system, linking them to agencies that offer the appropriate services for pediatric patients.

These supports succeed when we have a robust and comprehensive database of available services across the Commonwealth. If your organization provides mental health services or supports, we welcome your participation. The information you provide through completion of the online survey will be added to a searchable database available to our Care Navigators.

It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and could make a world of difference for a family. Once your program is in our database, we may contact you on an annual basis for updates or changes.

If your agency has multiple office locations, please complete a new survey for each office location or region. You can click on the link again after completing the first survey.

If you have any further questions or prefer to complete the survey over the phone with a VMAP team member, contact call center manager and care navigation lead, Rachel Reynolds at
